Sales Development Representative


Research potential customers and run prospecting campaigns via phone, email, social media, etc. The primary focus is to identify a target audience, and schedule introductory conversations with the Account Executive.

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily responsibilities: As an SDR, you are expected to:
    • Own the outbound prospecting Process
    • Maintain all leads /prospects in Salesforce
    • Sit in with team members on valuable sales calls / meetings
    • Schedule an average of 20 meetings per month
    • Research high value prospects and companies
  • Periodic responsibilities (whether weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.): Domestic travel may be required. Ongoing training on CompliancePoint’s service offerings.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or communications

Experience Requirements

Demonstrated excellence in academic and community environments

Skill Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make logical and reasoned decisions
  • Self-starting and highly self-motivated
  • Ability to work effectively on teams and as an independent contributor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce desired
